Denise has 30 years of communications experience working with multinational corporations, start-up companies and government contracts. Before working independently, Denise was corporate officer and senior vice president of advertising and communications for Prodigy (NASDAQ: PRGY) responsible for the company's public relations, advertising and branding programs, investor relations, marketing and employee communications.

Prior to Prodigy, Denise opened and ran the Austinoffice of Fleishman Hillard, serving as general manager, senior vice president and partner. She has extensive experience working on global corporate accounts, collaborating with client and agency teams in different geographical regions, and developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support business priorities.

Denise's career highlights include helping build the brand for HomeAway and the brand category of vacation rentals before its highly successful IPO in 2011, launching Dell's server business and helping grow its public sector products and services, introducing AT&T's (formerly SBC Communications) products and services in Texas, contributing to the successful turnaround of Prodigy ISP, and building a national media program for the Texas wine industry.

She is on the board of ACTIVE Life and is a Leadership Austin alumna (1998). She also has completed her Introduction to Sommelier exam and is studying to become a Certified Specialist of Wine.
